Golden Palms

Are you frustrated at God because he hasn’t answered your prayer? Well….I got some good news and some bad news. The good news is God loves to answer our prayers. The bad news is your prayer may not be something you need. I can’t lie for many years I prayed for 1 million dollars, and I never got it. Simply, because it wasn’t something I needed. You also have to pray when you don’t need anything. God loves when we pray just to say thank you for my daily bread or a simply thank you for everything I have or an I love you. God isn’t an ATM. The relationship needs to be a 2-way street of give and take like any relationship. Look at your life and find your purpose. Once you find your purpose then pray for things that serve that purpose. Not to say you can’t pray for other things that come up. However, if you have been praying the same ol prayer for 2 to 5 years and you are no where near receiving it re-evaluate it. Remember God knows what we need before we ask for it.
